BOOKING

On booking, 15% of Net value is required to be deposited.

In case of payment of booking amount by credit or debit card an amount of Rs 50,000 would be accepted as booking amount.

The balance of the booking amount is to be paid in full within one week. In case of bookings by credit card/ debit card no cancellation would be permitted & if the booking has to be cancelled, the amount paid via creditcard/ debit card would be forfeited.

The booking procedure and payment for booking amount should be completed within 7 days from the date of booking.

A booking form must be completed & signed by the client purchasing the apartment.
